Denise Rushing

Denise Rushing is the Founder of Tactical Partners and directs all operations.

Prior to founding Tactical Partners, Denise served as vice president of sales and business development for Sage Systems, a systems and data services technology start-up serving the utility and home automation industries. From 1996 to 2000, Denise led sales and marketing for CellNet Data Systems, the market leader in wireless network-based data services, as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of Sales. From 1980 to 1996, Denise worked for Pacific Gas and Electric Company in a number of leadership positions, including Director of Energy Efficiency Programs, Sales and Marketing Manager , Director of corporate sales and Director of New Product Development. During her tenure at PG&E, she formed PG&E's National Account Sales group and launched PG&E's award-winning Industrial and Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs.

Denise Rushing earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from Stanford University, a Masters Degree in Humanities from Holy Names University and a certificate in Marketing for Executives from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She is also a California-registered mechanical engineer and a National Merit Scholar.
