Laura Bloomfield
Laura Bloomfield comes to Tactical Partners with repeated success in establishing and implementing fulfillment processes. Additionally she has a strong foundation in analysis and troubleshooting systems while in turn training work groups to deliver optimum performance.
While working at Sage Systems as the Senior Customer Service Manager Laura was responsible for the overall development and implementation of processes ensuring smooth business flow within Sales & Marketing. At Schlumberger/CellNet as a Sales & Marketing Business Systems Manager, she established a Customer Service department, which handled the unique service issues resulting from the California Deregulation Market. Previously as a Director, Sales & Marketing at Crystal Dynamics Laura managed the Customer/Consumer Service departments in a multi-platform video software company. There she planned, organized and implemented critical procedures with fast results: within two months, the departments were fully operational.
