Digital Products under $25
We generally do not issue refunds for digital products under $25. All sales are final.

Digital Products Over $25 but under $1000
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any reason. After that period, our standard policy is that we do not issue refunds for digital products purchased.

Digital Products $1000 and over
As standard policy, we do not provide refunds for digital products or services purchased after 30 days. Once we have delivered your product or service, the product is generally non-refundable.

Services
We do not provide refunds for services already delivered except as specified in a Task Order and our services contract. You can cancel a service Task Order prior to work being performed and you will be billed any out-of-pocket costs we've incurred on your behalf.

Returns of Physical Products
You have up to 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. When you receive the refund will depend upon your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return an item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
